Prof. Tamir Tuller
Research work
In my lab, we developed AI and computational models to understand, predict, and engineer all gene expression steps (e.g. transcription, translation, splicing, co-translational folding). We use our models for understanding the way genetics affect cancer and neurological diseases. In addition, based on our models we develop innovative therapies for cancer and neurological diseases (e.g. RNA based therapies).
