The Kahn Sleep Lab studies sleep's role in mental health, focusing on understanding and treating disorders like insomnia and nightmare disorder. Using methods like actigraphy and polysomnography, we research sleep patterns across age groups and develop evidence-based treatments, aiming to improve sleep interventions' accessibility and effectiveness.
